HOT OFF THE PRESS: 2022 J.D. Power Study Recognizes Benjamin Moore as Best in Customer Satisfaction with Interior Paint and Paint Retailers 

We’re thrilled to announce that Benjamin Moore was again recognized in the annual J.D. Power U.S. Paint Satisfaction Study. This year, we earned the highest ranking in Customer Satisfaction with Interior Paints and were awarded best in Customer Satisfaction among Paint Retailers.

The J.D. Power 2022 U.S. Paint Satisfaction Study was based on responses from over 5,000 customers who purchased and applied interior paint, exterior paint and/or exterior stain from a major paint retailer in the past 12 months. In the Interior Paint segment, the study measures key drivers of satisfaction and examines the pathway to purchase, application behaviors, any issues, and customer loyalty insights. Additionally, the Paint Retailer segment captures brand image and reputation, as well as online and in-store experiences and drivers of customer loyalty.
